What are the best shoes for weight training?
I started weight training this week and I wear my Nikes for cycling, but my feet hurt when I do the elliptical or weight training. I bought some orthodics as suggested by my doctor. Any suggestions on some really good shoes though?
every bodies feet are different.I wear Nike shox for jogging aerobics and weight training and my feet never seem to ache.Now these shoes are a bit price but well worth it.
You could fine Nike shox for a great price on eBay.
Also shoes by New Balance seem to be very comfortable too, for all kinds of exercising.
