The Original Backnobber Muscle Therapy Massage Tool Regular 19 Inch length The Regular size Backnobber measures approximately 19" in overall length with curves 9" across. This size is used comfortably by most adults for over the shoulder, deep muscle compression in the neck and upper back areas and under the arm for middle and lower back areas. The Long size Backnobber measures approximately 29" in overall length.
