Endurance Cardio How frequently should i do cardio to build endurance?
hey guys,
i need to build cardio for the next football season. now ive heard in the past that you only need to do cardio once every other day for about 25 to 30 minutes. any more and your just wasting your time. is this true? and while im on the subject, any good excersises to build speed as well? separate from the cardio of course. im thinkin about goin for running back.
3 or 4 times a week for between 30 mins and an hour, if you go for longer you risk injuring yourself, which in sure you don't want before the start of a football season
and for building speed, 30-40 metre sprints help with building speed, so you would be able to work ghat into your cardio if you wanted to.
