Dumbbell Weight
I'm wanting to tone my arms -- what weight dumbbell should I start with?
Start with 1 to 3 sets of 8-12 reps. Experiment to find out which weight to use. The final few reps in the set (the last 1 or 2) should be a challenge, but not so much that you lose your form.
There are several different exercises to tone your arms but you may find that you cannot use the same amount of weight for each exercise. Again - find out what works.
