ive heard both that they do and dont, im not talking about the ones that "sweat" off fat, that doesnt work, im talking about the ones that stimulate your abs, so do they work?
and do you have any tips on when using them, i also heard you have to make sure the belt is extreamly straight or it can make your abs grow weird and crooked.
I hae never found anyone who claims that they really, really work. I think old-fashioned exercises work the best for you.
